La Sgualdrina (Val Presena)

HALF DAY
A “must” for all freeriders!
Breathtaking environment, immediate accessibility, variety of lines…
In Val Presena there are all the ingredients for one of the most beautiful ski runs in the entire Alpine arc!
After a few bends from the arrival of the Presena cable car you will find yourself in an open valley, silent and full of different itineraries to travel!
You will always find space to draw your curves!
9 kilometers and 1000 meters in altitude later you will find yourself inside a tunnel dug into the rock to return to Passo del Tonale ready for another round or another freeride itinerary!

The Devil's Channel
Groups of at least 3 participants
HALF DAY
When your Guide lets you see it from below you will shiver!
But fear not! Even if the name in itself inspires terror the Canale del
Diavolo is within the reach of all good level riders!
The approach, from Passo Paradiso, is worth the trip in itself! After a short
walk with skis/snow in the rucksack to reach the saddle where the gully begins.
The view from the top of the Canal and the Pass will be something you will remember
long.
The couloir is initially narrow and steep, with slopes close to 35° ma man
as you go down it widens and you can open the throttle!
The northern exposure always gives crazy snow!

Finger Channel
HALF DAY
The first of the 2 most famous “couloirs” in the area.
300 meters of altitude difference uphill and once you get there you will need strong nerves and
excellent capacity for the 50° slope of the first part of the gully.
But safety comes first, you will descend insured for the first section!
The slope will decrease a little but will always remain steep.
Outside the couloir we will be able to open the gas again to close the descent
directly to Passo del Tonale!

Canal Pericle Sacchi
HALF DAY
Directly above the Paradiso cable car, the “Pericles” is a powerful experience
and certainly of a mountaineering nature.
Little approach but “intense”, the help of the Guide will be essential for
reach the start of the Canal.
The descent (always on slopes around 45/50°) will go straight into your slope
curriculum of “extreme” descents!

Pisganino
Whole day
A classic ski-mountaineering/freeride itinerary in the heart of the Group
of the Adamello.
From the arrival point of the Presena cable car (Passo Presena) you descend towards the Mandrone refuge and then go up again for about 500 meters in altitude.
Once you get to the top, the Guide will be able to choose the best one from the various lines available to get to Ponte di Legno after a 2,000-metre drop in Val Sozzine.
The ski lifts will guarantee you a quick return to Passo del Tonale.

WHOLE DAY
Are you looking for the perfect crystal and the perfect slope?
No planes or helicopters will be needed, Busazza is our playground
favorite.
After a stretch of descent in Val Presena it will be necessary to start going up 300 meters to arrive at the entrance to this real paradise.
Slope, environment and exposure are perfect. Here the snow is almost always
dusty.
At the bottom you will be in a world apart and you will not believe your eyes!
Another 300 meters in altitude difference and you will be back at Passo del Tonale.
